The da said no offer was ever made, updykes attorney said no offer was made and look at the supposed offer. 13 years, which was the number of bama championships, and not to attend bama games, what do you think a lee co da is concerned with bama games for? Link? And I think the fact that no plea deal has been offered just shows you how much of a farce this case is. He should be put on probation and heavily fined.
