Would he take the T-Baggers Deal, 2 years (serve 9 months)??? I would be OK with House Arrest without access to the internet or cable....
He has stated that any deal that involved prison time would not work, that it would be a life sentence....

Pretty sure Harvey's attorney whatever his name is/was(I believe he has a new one) said they would not accept anything.
