Innocent until proven guilty only works for civil or human rights. No one can be faulted for not wanting to take the risk of having a possible rapist at their school or playing for their football team.

I'm sure that he doesn't want anyone putting their stuff into his holes without asking. He needs to realize that other people don't like it either.
