The difference in the Alabama Crimson Tide "A" and the Atlanta Braves "A"...

Also Alabama was the first college team to copyright its logo, including the script A.
Alabama used the script A when the Milwaukee Braves had caps with a block M.
Correct. Alabama's Script A was copyrighted in 1962.
The Atlanta Braves A was copyrighted in 1987.
Bear Bryant was wearing the script A before the braves moved to Atlanta in 1966. Here's Coach Bryant with Pat Trammel in 1961. Braves stealing Bama's A.
So you think that's was a nice thing to do? Here Auburn fans are all distraught over their dupmster fire of a season and you take away the one thing that gives them a little pleasure. :catsy:
anyway...The Braves did make their logo very similar to Alabama's but have you seen Arkansas' and the Oakland A's?
Bama & The Braves
Arkansas and Oakland

Alabama's old A(the one they had before the current one and the one next to your username)looked much more like the Atlanta braves logo

One AU fan? Wasn't the Auburn student section chanting something about Alabama just prior to the LSU game?

Learn to laugh sometimes bruh...way too serious, seriously.

You buttheads actually think that the Braves logo has ANYTHING to do with Alabama? You are out of your feeble minds.

I was going to say they could pass for Baltimore Orioles fans but the couple of frat boy cuts and costa guy in the back totally give it away

Also the Alabama Elephant running through the A was copyrighted in 1959.
Arkansas liked it so much they made a hog running through the A in 1994.

Can't be. The elephant was only able to get one leg through the A and the hog clearly has two all the way through. Not copied at all.

Clearly Bama was first here, move on everyone.
If only you Tigers motivated your programs with the same zeal you hate Bama with.

Eassily recognizable if you remember that the left side of the "A" is a script "T" for tuscaloosa.
Damn people, y'all just gotta dream up something to argue about?
Well-UGA ain't got much but Cromwell is doing fine at Ala St/

I'm pretty sure this was at the Iron Bowl last year. I remember seeing it at the game.

Yeah, the script A on here is jacked BTW..
Actually, Alabama has used variations of the script "A," including the one used on here.
It's hard to tell because the top of the hat is slightly pushed in, but I think the "A" on Coach Bryant's hat here is the same one as used on TD.
Picture circa a long fricking time ago.
ETA: Guess who else is guilty of copying logos?
Below is an alternate Alabama logo used circa 1952-1958. Alabama Polytechnic Institute didn't change its name to Auburn University until 1960.
