Best- depends, you could pick about 4-6 different places and have an outstanding time
worst- starkville. I would say vandy (atmosphere and stadium are the worst) but Nashville is cool.

Worst is Kentucky... by far
MSU has a decent football atmosphere now.

You prolly haven't been to Starkville in 5+ years. They've come on. It's one of the better places to tailgate now.
Best...outside of BR...UGA. Worst: Florida, because the UFPD and GPD are nazis.
