Offense is more explosive and balanced, so 2012 offense > 2011 offense. 2012 defense = 2011 defense RIGHT NOW. Obviously subject to change.

I do not think our defense this year is even in the same ball park as the D was last year. Offense is definitely better.

Easily YES. This Bama team is going to haunt all other teams long after we put the crystal ball in the Mal More building. Twill be a nightmare for opposing fans at the mere notion of the of the year 2012.

I disagree. Bama's D was far superior last season, especially the pass D. Your offense is more balanced this season but you guys had a better running game last season.

I think it is. This Alabama team might actually deserve to go to the BCS Title game.

Based on what I've seen so far I'm going to say no. The offense is better yes but the D doesn't look like the immovable rock that it was last year which IMO is a more reliable thing for a team to have.

Absolutely correct, you only lost the best running back you've had in 10 years, 4 defensive players who were drafted in the top 35 picks. So far you've beaten an overrated Michigan team who is still probably a top 25 team, a cupcake, and an Arkansas team that lost the previous week to the 2nd or 3rd best team in the state of Louisiana, and was missing their QB, who was probably the best QB in the SEC.
Last years team stomped the living shite out of everyone, including an LSU team in their home state that had a chance to go down as one of the best of all time(obviously prior to the national championship game). It makes sense that you would think 2012 Alabama is better from that.

Alabama has only eight seniors on their current two deep chart. 2013 Alabama will be much better than both of those teams.
