It's somewhat refreshing that this thread did not turn into a pissing match.

I believe that LSU is better, significantly, on offense. I also think we took a 1/2 step back on defense. This can be seen so far in that Loston is <<<<< Brandon Taylor and Simon + Mills are a little bit worse than Mathieu/Simon + Claiborne. I am encouraged by the LB play so far, and the young DBs have shown flashes of excellence.

I have honestly not watched enough of Bama to make an assessment. But beating the dogshit out of Michigan is no simple task, no matter how overrated I may think they are.
