Arkansas had been on a 34 week streak of being ranked in the AP top 25

until this week. Question is, do the pigs get back into the top 25 this year? They have a likely L coming this weekend, so, I say it may be a couple years before Arkansas climbs back into the polls. It may be even more, depending on the next coach, and how quickly he can get some talent back into the program. BP was a mastermind on offense, but left Arkansas very talent depleted. While many have argued that recruiting rankings mean nothing, I strong disagree.

I think people are forgetting how close some of the games were that Petrino had against shitty teams. I think he left that program in terrible shape. It'll be interesting to see who they hire. Still too early to tell which way they will go insofar as when they will be solidly relevant again.

You really have to wonder where Petrino left Arkansas on the OL and most of the defense. They seem like they lack a lot of talent on the OL and in the defensive back 7. If Tevin Mitchel is out for any length of time, they are in for a world of hurt.
