I had a great time at the game today and left very happy to have you guys in the SEC. Easily the nicest crowd that I have been around at a game. It was great to see how excited the Aggies are to be a part of the conference. Your enthusiasm just reinforced how great it is to be a part of this conference and experience it every fall.

And yeah, y'all are a little out there, but I also found it to be very refreshing. You can tell how much it means to all of you, and I honestly can't knock that kind of honesty. I may catch hell, but I thought it was great how everyone stays in the stands during half time to cheer the band. I was also more than a little touched when they spelled SEC on the field and the place just went wild.

Obviously, I enjoyed beating you in your house. Coming from behind in a game we weren't really expected to win by a lot of people was huge for us. On the other hand, Johnny Football is legit and impressive. Unless today was a fluke, that guy is going to be terrorizing the west for the next few years. I think teams that don't take you seriously may be in for a surprise.

Thanks for the great time today! Good luck with the rest of your season.

+1.

Gator fans were subdued after the game, we were just thrilled to come out with the win. I honestly didn't want to rub Aggies the wrong way, after they had been so nice to us the entire day.

Great tailgating, awesome to drink around.

Don't expect Bamers, and LSU fans to behave that way. Things may change, but it was your debut, and we didn't want to spoil it.

Most LSU fans are friendly. Well maybe not to UF people.

Agreed. It is hard to rub it in when you were treated so damned well all day long. It was also pretty easy to see how important that game was to the Aggies; it was important to UF as well for different reasons. A little empathy and being treated well goes a long way.

I'm sure after the honeymoon period is over this season, things will change, haha. Maybe that is good or bad, but I am glad I made the drive to be a part of that first game.
