No one thinks the school sanctioned the billboard but it was Definently someone in your fan base and not a "stealth attack" to make you look dumb

Dude, it's a clear f-ing troll. We trolled Baylor with a billboard once after they tried to sue us for leaving for the SEC. It happens. I have never ever heard a single Aggie say "Aggie Nation". That is the main giveaway. And the academic smack and "cleanest program" declaration and "whoop" at the end are the cherries on top. The thing that sucks about this billboard is that only Aggies know right off the bat that it is a troll by a former conference mate. Dumbasses like yourself will think it's real even after some longhorn idiot is being sued for libel and/or copyright infringement.

While it does seem like a troll billboard WTF are you talking about with this lawsuit crap?

We don't own the term Aggie and there is nothing libelous on that board.

They never tried to sue you, they just refused to to give away their right to do so. They later signed away their rights when they found better teams to bring into Big 12.
