Saban's first three years he won 28 games that counted. He just benefited from winning in his third year. He backslid in his 4th.

Backsliding for Alabama and Saban is a 10 win season and a bowl win over the B1G co-champion, followed up by a BCS championship the next year. Backsliding for Auburn under Chizik is an 8 win season with a bowl win over, uh, Virginia (?)...and how many people are predicting Auburn to win the BCSCG this year?
