I have personally talked to people inside the program and as a previous poster noted, that picture still hangs in the Ops building and is talked about when Auburn comes here every other year. Apparently the players in general already dislike Auburn more than the average western opponent anyway (not sure why) and the players who didn't already know that story get some extra juice from it.

Its kind of like with Tubby running off the field holding his fingers in the air after each Iron Bowl victory over an inept Shula and probation crippled Bama....Bama and their fans will ALWAYS remember that shite....Cigar Game and Tubby with his taunting just another example of classless AU behavior from that period....oh how times have changed!
