If we're talking historically, Auburn always was in the big 3.
If we're talking the current state of the programs, there is no big 3, just the big 2. Arky was fighting to get up into that top tier with a great last few years, but now that CBP is gone, so is that thought. Unless they prove otherwise this season that is.
Auburn just hasn't been consistently relevant the past few years. I don't really think Chizik is the guy to get you back into the big 3 either, personally. I do hope i'm wrong because I like Auburn, but it seems it took a once in a generation player to make you competitive under his reign.
