Excellent poster, you are...

Certainly you're not referring to Cameron Lawrence? The guy is awful. Every state game I watched he looked slow and got destroyed by blockers.

Is it true that pastor Dan has converted several players to scientologist? My buddy said Dan approached him about joining. ...

State will be average next year so don't get your hopes up. I'll say 32 wins and 10 league wins. Cohen goes back on the hot seat. Rebs will win 38. As long as we beat our rival lsu I don't care how many we get...

Have state fans not accepted that quay evans will not play another snap of football unless it's in prison?

I think the game will be close and wouldn't be shocked if ole miss wins. Bama keeps hearing how they could win the super bowl, ole miss will sneak up on them. Not saying we win, but it will be close. Usually is...

Ole miss sucks but state is by far the worst team in the sec right now. I pray to god Mullins hasn't been fired come november. Ole miss wins 38 10. Houston will show mercy...

Depends on their schedule but they are probably a 2 maybe 3 win team next year. I think they might get 3 this year, but they'll definitely be more shitty next year.

From "Trent Richardson, Michael Dyer, Marcus Lattimore" topic...

I honestly think Brandon Bolden would put up better numbers if he switched places with any one of them...

See what you fail to realize is that I see ole miss for what they really are, a 5 to maybe 7 win team.

Nathan Stanley is better than any qb msu has. Brandon bolden is better than any rb msu has. I think the egg bowl will still be a pretty easy win.. Ole miss lost a playmaker, that doesn't mean msu added any......

After 2010 Egg Bowl:

This was one of worst years for ole miss in a long long time, it happens. They'll be improved next year, just doubt I can get as jacked as some state fans with 7 or 8 wins....

What does that prove other than I'm an ole miss fan that hates state? I hate state because I live in Mississippi with you fat, obnoxious, buffet addicted, mouth breathing fricks.

It will be like heaven this year though when state is back to state. The only bad thing is I'll still have to look at your 400 pound wives and hear about the glory years of 2010 and 11

Miss. State has finally got the athletes to win in the SEC. I could see them going 7-0 going into the game with Bama.

This, but I would like to see us make a push for 3rd.

It proves that you are a moron that has been wrong about practically everything involving either team over multiple seasons.

You are already at 0.00% on State predictions over multiple seasons. I see no reason for you to improve on that now.

I guess it should be impossible to patent then, correct?

State actually owns patents on four different strains of bermuda that we "invented" at MSU, including what is now the most popular grass strain on professional athletics fields anywhere in the country.

To whoever made the "Why do they stay in hotels" comment, it's not because the fields are far away, it's to exclude them from doing anything but football. Drive them there, take away phones/laptops/other forms of electronics and have meetings discussing playbook/how practice went/game tape etc.

How it was told to me is:

Miss St. Football players have to work in the chicken houses in the background during the summer between practice until the Ag majors return.

Hence why they practice on those fields Got to keep eyes on them chickens.

Na fella I'm 100% correct on my description of state fans in Mississippi. It's kind of like northerners wondering how people in the south are racist. Then they move to Jackson, MS and understand. Most people outside ms just feel bad for state because you've always sucked and feel sorry for you.

I guess state fans are just really annoying because you have always sucked so fricking bad, when you win 6 games it feels like a national championship to you. If I wear an ole miss shirt I have to hear about how mullens owns tsun and state will win it all soon. Just stop acting like you're anything but a really shitty program that's had two average years and it's all good

You are right, but that was the past and most of us have accepted it. But that doesn't change the fact that we have substantially owned that sorry arse thing you call a football program the past 3 years and will continue too under the belt of Mullen. 2010 was a good season after a 5-7 one, and 7-6 is a winning season which is all we we're hoping for. Quit being an insecure bitch and accept the fact that you are going to choke on a big fat one the next couple of years, just like how we used to back in the early 90's.

If State loses to Tennessee and Auburn to start that "7 game run", you are potentially looking at 6 losses.

True. The key to State's success will be the Au game and then the Tenn game. Gonna be interested. Wouldn't want to be the teams that State beats in the SEC that doesn't smell like Bear Poop.

How many so-called championships have you lived to see your so-called historic powerhouse win?

I've been to Atlanta. I've watched us play in the Georgia Dome for an SEC championship. Something you've never done. I watched a State football team go a whole season losing only 2 games, something you've never seen. I watched a State football team play to the highest ranking in Mississippi in 43 years.

I've cheered for my team in the Elite 8 and Final 4, something you've never sniffed.

My cowbell has made 3 separate trips Rosenblatt, a place you've never seen.

If we win 9 this year(including bowl), it surpasses Eli's 3 year run, making it 3 consecutive teams better than any you've fielded since 69,70,71. Yet we are in your words "average"(against the strongest division in the history of CFB), but you were on the "cusp of greatness"(against an average/bad SEC west).

Of course, I've already seen a State run that would take 10 wins this year to match in 98,99,00. That's right. State already has the best run this state has seen in 50 years(60, 61, 62).

By all means, thanks for setting us straight on how average we are though...
