Why is everyone so concerned about Alabama? You'd think you guys would be looking forward to your own season(s),but no, everyone wants to ride the champ's coattails nowadays.

Bama would never stop being ESPN's media darling even with a loss.

Just like last year, they would have Saban on every ESPN talk show justifying the loss.

I know it's easier to believe this but considering it's one of the very few big games to start the season, it should come as no surprise that people on a college football message board are discussing. Is there another top ten matchup, no matter how overranked UM is, during the first weekend?

I know you need to believe what you said, but the simple fact of the matter is that if Alabama was playing North Texas like LSU, nobody would talk about it either. LSU had similar talk last year against Oregon.

You mean like Bama rode LSU's coattail's to the BCSCG? Bama's best win , last year, was a loss , to LSU.
