AND Lewis and Clark were charged with exploring LOUISIANA. therefore, missouri was a part of louisiana and must have missed us. we would love to have y'all back as part of louisiana but there seems to be another state in the way geographically and we don't want them.

Well, Arkansas was part of Missouri and we gave them that shitty land and sent all of our "special needs" people down there.
Arkansas is sort of like Australia, except Arkansas was a special needs colony instead of a penal colony.
