Is that flagpole out off of 69 headed toward Moundville that was bent by the tornado several years back still standing?

That was another infamous tornado but for difference reasons. It was one of the strongest (F4) and deadliest (11 fatalities) December tornadoes in U.S. history. I remember that tornado well as it preceded a very strong cold front that dropped the temperature from the low 70s the afternoon of the tornado to the mid 20s the following morning. I remember waking up to a dusting of snow with the wind howling out of the north. I remember the temp never getting out of the 20s the following day. That was December 16, 2000.

P.S. I remember seeing the HillCrest/Shelton State area just a couple of days after that tornado and remember seeing a bicycle wrapped around the flagpole in question.

Yes, it is still there and still bent.
