Cindrich will say stuff like this because it's preseason with nothing to distract from his speech.
Saban can't respond because he doesn't want to get on the stand under oath and get asked questions.
Cindrich could, if he wanted and had the goods, have already nuked Saban.
why wait until the best time to get talked about?

some where in America a horse will go to sleep tonite with out a head,and Ralph Cindrich will wake up tomorrow morning with it in his bed.
