re: Ralph Cindrich says he will appear in court and testify Saban/NCAA/Emmert

i always wonder why people like this who claim to have evidence about cheating in whatever program, announce it to the media or via social media before or instead of contacting the ncaa.

i'm sure publicity has nothing to do with it.
