Could be a longshot, but "maybe" he wants to continue being an agent and not be black listed by everyone out there?
Whether we want to admit it or not, we all kmow that theres alot of shady shite being done by many coaches including but not limited to Saban. The constant need to win causes them to always need an upper hand on their competition and with that comes the shady things that go on.
All in all this guy may or may not have dirt on Saban but the key is getting his source(s) to back him up if he went public. We all know there isnt a person in the alabama circle that would publicly come out with "supposed proof" about Saban and always be known as the guy who helped bring down Bama and possibly eventually killed.

I don't know it anybody listened to the whole tape, but, at the end, the pimp/agent stated that the statue of limitations had probably run out as to the thing he was hinting at about Coach Saban.
Seems like this would have had to happened at LSU or Mich. State.
