Anyone who thinks the fine art of BBQ is somehow limited to baby backs and pulled pork does not know what they are missing.
Try the Brisket at Blacks or Smittys or the other two BBQ joints in Lockhart and get back to me.
And to whoever was talking about BBQ w Tex Mex sauce...you have not had Tx BBQ. At a good place if they put sauce on your meat it means they hidin something.
