I like the idea of opening the season against A&M because that's a good rivalry game for both teams to kick things off. It doesn't work this way. You play your rivals on "Rivalry Week" which is during Thanksgiving. That is why the A&M game needs to replace the Arky game. There is zero possibility LSU and Bama (or Ole Miss) would play this week.
