and sure he can recruit, but recruiting A&M is a hell of a lot easier than recruiting Arkansas because of proximity alone. Besides, BP proved you don't have to be an elite recruiter to have success at Arkansas. We need to find the best coach (play-caller, leader, player developer) we can, hopefully surround him with capable assistants that can recruit.

Charlie Weiss proved that a schematic advantage isn't enough. I think the jury is still out on low level recruiting high level coaches. Just my .02.
