for as much shite as Miles gets for being a soft players coach we don't have near the issues Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, and UGA have... since he kicked Perrilloux off the only other major incident was the Jefferson thing. And even a JJ hater like myself isn't even convinced he was completely in the wrong.

In a couple hours when I have a bit more free time, I'll dig up my post from months ago saying IC will never play another down for UGA and all the UGA fans calling me stupid

I disagree. Saban might not have needed Crowell, but Crowell needed Saban.

A UA football staffer described it to me like this...

"Have you a seen the dog whisperer? Ceasar will put a bad dog among 10 good dogs, and when the bad dog starts to act up, the others will force him to behave. That's how our football team operates. Some kids come in with bad attitudes, thugs, poor work ethic, etc. The other players on the team will force you to buy in, or else your life will be hell. And of coarse you have Saban watching."

That's more or less what he said. It makes sense. Richts "cool guy/IDGAF" attitude might work when he's recruiting, but it's a huge disservice to the kids when they're enrolled.
