Ha, I like it. We just have to be sure to clarify we're talking about rock formations on the River.

1. Oklahoma state- but... by your own standards they are too good for Arky in a head to head comparison (50 national championships in 5 sports) so they are off the table. But because of how far back some of these titles are I pace them on top as the school Arky can strive to become.

2. Cal @ Berkey- (34 NCAA titles in multiple sports) they claim a total of 82 on the schools website including 26 in rugby, 16 in men's crew, and 5 in football(all between 1920-1937 for football), etc...

3. You, I compare Arky to Arky. These comparisons are silly and pointless. Be proud of your schools accomplishments. You shouldn't feel the need to look out the window and see who's wife/girl friend is as Hot as yours or when you pee look over at the dude next to you and see if his dong is bigger/smaller. Be happy with what you got bro. 42 titles is great but spouting out about them and asking others for comparisons seems like you are insecure about something.......have you been to many public restrooms lately?

Great answer. I think OSU and Berkley are great to compare to.

I also think you have some valid points in section 3. I only brought this question up due to the rising stock of threads flaming AR. I really am perfectly happy with the success of nearly all of our programs at the moment. If our basketball team can turn it around and make the tournament I will be ecstatic.

Remember, we have 41 national titles in various NCAA sports.

and what, ONE, in the three major sports...I'm not counting 1964 football because the AP nor the UPI counted it for you. In terms of UCLA..... uh no....Stanford... uh no, OSU (if you mean okie St...then bingo....but even they probably have more titles in the sports that count.

Seriously dude, they listed 5 or 6 publications beside it, and THREE teams, in that link. NONE of the major publications listed arkansas as champion. What you got was equivalent to the fayetville times awarding you the NC....if that. I understand though.....arkansas only had success one time in their history, in the top 3 sports, so I would grasp any straws that I could. It's just funny that some insignificant publication listed you as NC, and you guys, despite the reputable publications awarding it to bama, still claim it....lol...I guess if you have nothing, then anything is better than nothing...legit or not.
