Our OL and QB situations are valid question marks going forward, but RB is not...

How is your RB situation not? Your starting RB typically rushes less than 10 times per game had 87 rushes last year for 422 yards and 59 yards receiving behind a better OLine than ours, his backup has had a total of 16 touches and the other RB redshirted last year...

Our starting RB typically has more touches per game, had 119 rushes for 500+ yards and 99 yards receiving, our backup has been with the team for several years and has had more touches than your backup, and the other backup redshirted.

It fires me up over the implication that the overall situations are similar when they aren't.

I didn't say the overall situations were the same, I just pointed out that State fans are claiming their offense should be one of the top in the SEC while they have question marks at QB, OL, and RB and average WRs.

The difference is in expectations based on everything we've heard and what we know about the guys we'll have running(vs what we've heard from Freeze himself, along with Neal McReady, etc). Robinson and Griffin are both NFL potential guys. Their ceilings are both higher than that of Perkins IMO. Perkins is currently projected as the 16th best RB in the class of 2014, ~ a 5th rounder(nfldraftscout.com). Jeff Scott doesn't make the projections...
