It's an honest question. Why do it after a barely break even season. Was his contract over after 2012?

He could have figured that one out with a quick google search. State posters did the same in 2010 after Nutt got the same roll over thing and were called stupid on here.

a 7-6 record at State is like winning 9-10 at Auburn- and should be rewarded as such. We havent had a coach leave Starkville with a winning record since WW II

Same reason y'all send wing nut packing and hire a 5-19 coach to replace Hume. Maybe ours will turn out just as good, except minus all the drama
