Yep, those beautiful aesthetically gorgeous renovations at Bryant Denny really make it feared and ear-splitting. We've lost to Alashama in BD exactly ONCE since last century. Somehow the renovations make it louder, I don't understand. But it is just DEAFENING.
Why, Tiger Stadium is a solitary confinement chamber in a Monastery library compared to Bryant-Denny.

And BTW, Joe Alleva has been planning the SEZ addition to Death Valley, the renovations to the outside and grounds surrounding North Stadium Drive since he came to LSU after Skip retired.

Death Valley will seat 100,000, have a pedestrian mall and more tailgating areas, and have a beautiful new outside beautification makeover to Tiger Stadium within a year or two.....And it has been in the works since Skip Bertman was AD, not 'just this year' but for several years.......

Some LSU fans can be the biggest fricking bunch of butthurt brats on the planet. Getting all huffed up because Bama edged them out for the top spot and pounding their chest about soon to be renovations. Jesus, gimme a break.

You may love it but the fact is that Tiger Stadium is an asbestos filled dump compared Bryant-Denny. It's not symmetrical in design, everything is rusty, the paint peels off everywhere, there are broken windows all over... It's loud, there's no arguing that LSU fan create quite the atmosphere there, but it's a dump.

Bryant Denny Stadium is one of the finest football stadiums in the country and possibly tops in college football. Being from Louisiana I will confess that some of our fans could learn a thing or two from LSU fans when it comes to creating atmosphere, but there really is no comparing the buildings.

I've been hearing about these renovations for years too. I've spoken to the guy who owns the construction company. The logistics to making Tiger Stadium a 100,000 seater are a lot more complicated than just signing the check.

Didn't even make it to 10 replies before the first butthurt LSU fan shows up.

TS is a dump. Loud, but still a dump.

If y'all have the money to do all this stuff then why the hell can't LSU/Alleva afford to bring the whole LSU Band to away games?

LSU is known across the South for having one of the finest bands around. I've told my kids a the last few times what a great band LSU has and I've been dissappointed to see y'all only bring the damn pep band to BDS.

Maybe ESPN will upgrade LSU when all of that comes to fruition.
