Saban definately has his flaws. He is far to conservative at time. When his teams start out fast and get a decent lead, he basically shuts off the offense and goes run, run ,pass. He also isn't a good motivator at all. That is his biggest flaw. Numerous times his teams have lost to far less talented teams. With all that said, he is still the best COLLEGE FOOTBALL COACH. I wonder how dominate he could've been had he been Texas's coach or USC's coach. It wouldn't have been fair.

I'd qualify this statement to say he isn't a good motivator for inferior opponents.

One has to wonder since the last four years at Alabama have been nothing but disappointment.

Imagine if he was able to get top talent and #1 recruiting classes at Alabama with the facilities to go with it.

Or maybe you are referring to the lesser competition in lesser conferences, in which case I'm just going to eat a dick.
