I like the hires, don't get me wrong. Especially on the defensive side. But it still takes time to implement. Not sure Van Gorder can do it overnight. Experience will certainly help. And getting some teams at home will help as well.

Do you think Mett will be a better QB than Jefferson/Lee this year?
