Yes true, but that can determine one over the other. Whose to say Thomas wouldn't have done the same for Clemson. Now as it relates to Auburn well Watkins is who we play so that would be a huge loss for Clemson. He curb stomped our asses last year. The DL was the biggest reason for that imo. No pressure on Boyd at all.

It's amazing what QBs with the ability to scramble can do to the outside run and slot receiver games.
