I'm gonna guess Kentucky.
I am gonna say no on Kentucky because even if everybody in the state gave a dollar, that would still put them at least over 4 million and those seats in Rupp aint cheap.
My guess is Ole Miss or Vanderbilt. Yeah I know Vandy has some rich folks, but do they give to sports?
