Big enough for the Oilers/Titans, what's your issue?
Big enough and has enough attendance for FBS certification, so whats your issue?

At least they can use the "smart school" excuse. They could be like state and have a small stadium and shitty academics.

Vandy to Big 12?
They have a stadium capacity over three times their enrollment. Not too bad.

They have about the same enrollment to stadium size ratio we do. Plus how are we gonna kick vandy out? They're smarter than us and do we really want to pick a legal battle with someone smarter than us.

I don't get this. Vandy is smart enough to know visiting fans will pack the stadium for the game. I think it's a genius move to have that large a stadium for them.

No reason for it to be bigger, actually...

Vanderbilt's undergrad enrollment is only 6,000, probably a better number to look at when comparing student sections for athletic events.
If every student attends it would only fill 14% of the stadium. Meanwhile Florida has 32,000 undergrads for an 88,000 seat stadium, or 36%. Based on student body and alumni #'s it would appear that Vanderbilt's stadium is oversized.
To put it another way: If Vanderbilt graduates 1000-1500 students a year, it would take up to 35 years to fill the rest of the stadium if all alums could attend. At Florida it would take roughly a decade.
