If they made an exception for his policy and contract violations, they could never enforce those policies again. HR issues aren't exciting, but they'll get you fired for stuff like this every time.

it's the same shite several Ark fans that have posted in this thread were spouting yesterday before the PC. Nothing earth-shattering was introduced outside of the 20k and the no. of applicants.
