I think the University's employment manual says that in situations like this the higher ranking individual will be held responsible. So, I would look for BP to get let go first. They would likely try to get her to resign - I mean really, how could she effectively do her job now? No one would respect her. Wrong, but it's the way of the world. If she stays, I'd expect her to be moved to a different position as her credibility has been compromised.

I don't see why it is wrong.

She had an inappropriate relationship with a married man with whom she works for/with.

Often all the auxilary postions surrounding the program are victims of thr axe when a head coaching change occurs, she may be able to keep her job under an interim only to be dismissed when The Ron Zook era begins in earnest.
