I'd say it has more to do with the rant loving a good scandal than anything to do with Arkansas specifically. Shadenfreude and what not. Plus, everyone hates Petrino because he really is a scumbag.
Why would Arkansas be the most hated? They've never won anything.

Exactly. I lost sleep reading about camgate. Everyone on this board was anti-auburn for MONTHS. This isn't even that exciting....
