Here's a brief synopsis. I was responding to a guy which said the position was specifically created for her and she got a 6 figure salary.
Dann Kabala has held this job for the past 4 years. He left recently to take a job as the Player Personnel Director at Pittsburgh which is where he earned his Masters Degree.
He was a GA at Pittsburgh from 2005 to March 2008 where he worked on earning his Masters Degree in Business in 2008. He joined the staff at Arkansas in March of 2008, shortly after BP was hired, as the On-Campus Recruiting/Eligibility Coordinator and served in that capacity until this past March when he was hired back to Pittsburgh by Paul Chryst.
It's quite easy to see that Dorrell is obviously qualified for the position based off of the previous hire. She has worked for the RAF as a fundraiser since 2009 so she was already extremely familiar with the athletic department and has an MBA just like Kabala so educationally they were on the same level. Definitely easily arguable imo.
According to Channel 5, Kabala's salary was 52,000 while Dorrell's is around 55,000. Although, not confirmed, someone on here said Kabala had just gotten a raise to 55k after the season. We can't prove that but regardless a 7% increase from the previous employee is not unheard of imo and 55k is nowhere near the rumored 100k.

This imo will help BP.

Cool, thanks for posting. I think it helps BP too. Also, is it fact the he personally hired her or is that just rumor?
He probably hand picked Kabala. As a matter of fact, I bet Petrino hand picks everybody that works for him.
shite just thought of something...maybe his "previous innappropriate relationship" was with Kabala! Oh frick!!!
