Word on the street...
Petrino to tak over 1mil in paycut this season. Contract renegotiated that will remove the word "may" from in front of moral conduct in contract.
JD to be offered to stay on at UA, but removed from athletic department.
Both somewhat punished for their actions, Petrino taking bigger hit. Also look for buyout numbers to be extended for longer period of time.
The person I spoke with had a good point last night...In the big picture, JD had been screwing two of her higher ups before taking this position on March 28. She happened to say yes to the one who wasn't married.
Strong rumor has it, that those two are not the only athletic department members she has slept with.

I don't want to spread rumors (or facts) about this girl but I am weary of Arkansas fans acting like Chicken Little. He screwed around and brought it into the workplace. Poor decision making, quite stupid in fact. He didn't make any criminal actions, it's certainly not noble but it certainly isn't the worst thing that has happened in collegiate athletics. It will be ok, our fans (like Jon Ham) need to quit being drama queens over it.
