Holy shite people, it's making a number 3 and putting it up to your eye when you make a 3 pointer. Nobody "started it", it's not like someone figured out some complex astrophysics problem.
That's like saying "well so and so did the you can't see me first!!" It's a frickin gesture, nobody currently playing pro sports started any of it.

exactly. ive seen this playing pick up and bullshite basketball for my whole life.
