Pennsylvania is more Mid-Western. New Jersey is Atlantic. Maybe I should have characterized it as "New England" and not "northeaster".

So neither PA nor Jersey are in New England. But Delware which is below both PA and NJ is in New England. Brilliant. Me thinks you do not know where Delware is located. Guess Maryland is in New England also.
