You have NO facts to support your opinion. None. All the while I've shown what MA has done at his previous programs. I've shown what Nolan did in a similar situation. You're basically "hoping" MA fails here. I'm not sure why, but there's a reason. None of your opinions hold any water when there is nothing to support your argument. So yes, your opinion is shite. Provide me with some sort of factual evidence to support your theory on Anderson, and Ill listen. Keep on with all this garbage you've been spewing, and myself and everyone else will laugh and call you an idiot.

I don't agree with City, but I also don't fault his reasons for forming his opinion. we were never the same after the hand checking rule was changed. We suffered greatly when the media timeouts were standardized at 16, 12, 8, and 4 minutes. I remember our NCAAT game against Iowa in Boise. We had them on the ropes in the altitude. Huffing and puffing and grabbing their shorts. Then, a 3 minute tv timeout. They got their breath and we were ineffective the rest of the way. I think there is merit to that.

However, the key to our success under MA with his system - as with most every other program - is getting better players than our opponents. We won in 94, largely because we were stacked 12 deep.

Your last point is my biggest point of all.

You can't form an opinion of a coach when he has 10 scholly players. 1 is out for the year. 1 is Michael Sanchez. 1 is Marvell Waithe. 1 is Ricky Scott.

You have a 6'4" QB playing in the post, out rebounding and out hustling your scholly senior big man.

You take those players away, and what do you have? You have Nobles, 4 freshmen, and Haydar, a walk on.

I mean seriously, what true quality players did MA have to put with the talented class that came in? Yet we won 18 games, and beat a few damn good teams at home.

You can't form a reasonable opinion on MA from this year when you look at our roster with an open mind.

Thank you. You nailed it. You're right Hawgeye, I have no facts other than I've seen more home cooking in the SEC over the last 20 years than I ever thought was possible. And I just THOUGHT the SWC had crooked refs. If you have not picked up on he fact that we foul, like A LOT, and it isn't for lack of effort, but because the home team almost ALWAYS gets the calls in the league, then you haven't been watching. Our stellar home record vs. our crappy road record is nothing new. Heck Nolan struggled on the road in the league, and guess what kind of system he ran?
