Arkansas is without a doubt a step up from Misurah.
You can build a great basketball program in a lot of places if you have the right coach, a reasonable location, and some luck
UCONN really wasn't much before their current coach. Missouri is not really a football school and I think they are a program that really could take off with the right guy in place.

Haith better be right about the class he is bringing him to replace the seniors, because on paper it looks like shite.
