what airport should I fly into for the UGA game? Also, I remember yall saying all the close hotels in Columbia are booked, so in searching for hotels are there any areas that should definitely be avoided?

I'll have plenty of questions about the city/game closer to September, but these 2 are important right now as I'm about to start getting things booked.

Lambert (in St. Louis) is 112 miles from the staduim. KCI (in Kansas City) is 149 miles from the stadium. Not a huge difference, but St. Louis puts you a little closer, and you're on one highway the entire trip. I usually take my kids down to the games and drive back same-day, so I will defer to other Mizzou posters to advise on accommodations.
