I am sure it happens on occasion among all schools. Bama could have given me a full ride for my education and there is zero chance of me becoming a Tide fan. Just not made that way. In fact had Auburn seen the demise so many here had hoped, and lost their football program I could never choose Bama as an alternative. In fact I would choose MSU or Vandy first if I was given the choice of #1 Bama or bottom of the barrel MSU, Vandy.
