Just from a quick search I found these Alabama teams/programs and their current national ranking in no particular order:
Football - #1 (won national title)
College baseball - #33 preseason
Softball - #2 (highest ranked SEC team)
Gymnastics - #6
Men's Golf - #8 (2nd highest ranked SEC team)
Women's Golf - #2 (highest ranked SEC team)
Men's Swimming - #17
Women's Tennis - #22
The basketball team while currently unranked was ranked as high as #11 earlier in the season. Although they've played poorly recently they still have a decent shot at earning an at large NCAA tourney bid.
I'd say all in all this seems to be a well rounded athletic program. If Alabama can get the basketball program back to the better than average level it was throughout the 70s, 80s, and most of the 90s and the baseball program to the level that Jim Wells routinely had it at then the athletic program will be a Top 4 SEC athletic program which is all you can really ask for.

Since they started keeping Director's Cup standings in 1992 or 1993, Alabama has never finished ahead of Tennessee. Alabama is usually about 5th or 6th overall in the SEC. Florida is usually 1st followed by UGA, Tennessee, and LSU who flip flop based on the year.
