Mine would be something like this:
CB : Milliner, Dixon
S : Collins, Lester
NB : Belue
DB : Nick Perry or Haha
I see Sunseri getting playing time, but I don't see him starting anywhere.

Sunseri or Clinton-Dix will start over Collins

Why? He saw serious playing time, and played in most of the NCG as a true freshman. So you think he is just going to somehow regress? The guy is a baller, and is going to start somewhere, whether it be safety or LB.

Collins will not start over Lester.

I do not see Collins starting over Sunseri in the meaningful early season games vs Michigan or Arkansas

Sunseri is too good to keep off the field. I said the same thing about CJ the last two years, but they managed to keep him off the field some.

Saban has said many times that his defense is very hard for players to learn in the first year, especially guys in the secondary. The ones that have been there for a while will always have an advantage with experience in his complicated schemes.

I agree with the corners but I'll be shocked if Collins starts ahead of Haha or if Nick Perry gets more playing time in sub-packages than Vinnie Sunseri. Saban always tries to go with the more experienced player unless the younger guy is significantly better. Remember Marcell Dareus didn't even start for most of the games in 2009. He was behind Deaderick and Washington on the depth chart even though the amount of snaps he received was about the amount you would expect from a starter. There's no way a player as talented as Haha will be a backup to a true freshman.
