no, are you a fricking moron? Would you rather him play players who break his rules with impunity? Would you rather the team garner a culture of doing whatever the frick they want (it alwqays starts small) cause unless you're a total moron, you know how that story ends.

I'd rather have him instill enough discipline in his players to prevent this kind of crap from happening all the time. No one wants to address it, but if 25 or 30 football players had been suspended at various times over the last 2 years, people would be livid.

Which is what makes me think it had to be something big enough to warrant it and that he would be losing control if he let it continue. Keep in mind Grant was at Florida so it's not like he hasn't been part of a major SEC BB program and knows where his bread is buttered IMO.

Any chance it's something stupid in retaliation to him letting Mitchell go? The way some of those guys have acted (and already beem suspended) before I think you almost have to give Grant the benefit of the doubt.

ETA: And if they're driving them back to Tuscaloosa as we speak and they can't even sit on the bench....shite is gettin' real IMO.

The reason nobody is addressing it is because it's a fricking stupid comparison.

Groups of people hang out and get in trouble. If you only have 12 guys, a high percentage of your team is going to be in that group if it gets in trouble.

How often have you hung out with 100 of your closest friends?
