I'll go ahead and get this out of the way so we don't devolve into idiocy: Paul "Bear" Bryant.

Nutt, When saban suggested LSU hire him... Oh how I wish they did.

No ifs, ands, or butts...it's Nutt.

A lot of people will say Hal Mumme, but seriously: he was really the reason behind Chicago's great pop rise in the 80's. Yes, his songs with Amy Grant and Cher make me want to let a cuttlefish give birth in my throat and consume me from the inside, but The Glory of Love was a great power ballad that really got the rich kudos it deserved, and conveyed the power of Ralph Macchio on a zipline.

Patty Dye. Without his "keep it down home cuz" pay for play scheme he doesn't earn those split SEC Championships.

Johnny Majors. He had a .645 winning percentage at Tennessee. For comparison's sake, Phil Fulmer had a .640 winning percentage between 2002-2008 in a much more competitive SEC and Tennessee fans were treating him like he was the worst football coach in the history of the universe.

It's amazing how many educated adults don't know the definition of the word overrated.

Bo from UM.
I'm an idiot and don't read well. But, he is a good example nationwide...I guess Petrino for SEC.

Bear Bryant at least managed to get a Heisman winner when he was in the SWC. He drastically declined when he left Aggieland.

Meyer.
Because during his entire career in major college football he has relied more on Mullen, and the already in place defensive staff. Look at what happen when both Mullen and Strong left. Ohio State will be the first staff that he has built from the ground up. And I have a feeling he's going to "Hoke" down the stretch.
