Is that even allowed? It seems like there would be some sort of law out protecting schools/organizations/etc from having unsolicited products sold at a profit that could potentially be viewed in a negative light, such as alcohol. I mean even if they don't directly use the copyrighted logos and stuff, wouldn't an "Arkansas Razorback" beer with some modified picture of a hog on it essentially associate the Razorback program to a beer as effectively as if they used our official symbol?

Based on the way I understand it, I don't think it would even go that far. Maybe just a "Hog Ale" or something like that.

These won't be widely distributed either. Just a one time deal.

Lazy Magnolia does a couple brews with nods to the Mississippi schools without actually licensing anything... I imagine the Aggy Beer Co will do something similar.
