A sheriff in alabama is a cousin of the teabagger. He saw a pic of the incident, knew it was his cousin then basically turned him in. Went in to all the legalities about it, etc.

Maybe he didn't because his cousin is an a-hole and he didn't like him.
(By the way, this thread is talking about the Sheriff of Russell County AL.)

Not true. He had heard of the video and hadn't seen it. Other people were calling up telling him that the Teabagger was his cousin.
He was very upfront about it. He said it was hard for it to be a family member but Teabagger would have to take responsibility and face the music in NOLA.
